About Me

Beth Jackson-Pardo, MSW

👋 Hi, I’m Beth.

I love helping people and communities imagine new possibilities and turn those ideas into real, lasting change.

With 15 years of experience spanning social work education, instructional design, and nonprofit leadership, I bring a multidisciplinary lens to designing programs, learning experiences, and resources that center equity, imagination, and resilience.

I started Branching Futures to partner with mission-driven teams and educators working to build more inclusive, impactful ways of learning, leading, and creating change.

I live in the Pacific Northwest with my family, where I spend my time chasing my kids, exploring big ideas, and saying hi to every dog I meet.

Kind Words

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Beth in various capacities over the years, most recently on a six-month project requiring extensive planning, coordination, and curriculum refinement. As expected, we needed several refinements to meet participants' needs. Beth consistently rose to the challenge, balancing participant needs with grant deliverables and adapting seamlessly throughout the process.”
