About Me

Beth Jackson-Pardo, MSW

👋 Hi, I’m Beth.

I love to create engaging learning experiences and help organizations build effective, inclusive programs. With 15+ years of experience in instructional design, social work education, and nonprofit leadership, I bring a future-focused, multidisciplinary approach to developing human-centered courses, workshops, and resources.

I started Branching Futures to help mission-driven teams choose bold, thoughtful paths forward — because every decision we make today shapes the future we build together.

I live in the Pacific Northwest, where I spend my time chasing my kids, exploring big ideas, and saying hi to every dog I meet.

Kind Words

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Beth in various capacities over the years, most recently on a six-month project requiring extensive planning, coordination, and curriculum refinement. As expected, we needed several refinements to meet participants' needs. Beth consistently rose to the challenge, balancing participant needs with grant deliverables and adapting seamlessly throughout the process.”
